How to Use
2. Please contact us via the reservation form once you have decided on a model and schedule.
Please send your driver’s license and Japanese translation of it as well as your passport in a PDF.
If there will be multiple drivers, you will need to submit a separate PDF for each driver.
(Rentals cannot be made by anyone who forgets their license on the scheduled day of rental or who cannot pay their balance.)
3. You can pay by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
If the payment is not completed, then your reservation might not be made. Please be careful.
After you have submitted your reservation form, we will provide further instructions in a detailed email.

4. On the rental day, after verifying your license and confirming the contract, the use of the camper, precautions (manners), equipment, rental items, etc., we will give you the rental certificate.
5. When you return the vehicle, we will collect payment for the gasoline after checking the remaining amount of gasoline.
(Alternatively, you may fully refill the gasoline when you return the vehicle, which is a better deal)
6. If you cannot return the vehicle at the scheduled time, please contact us as soon as possible.Please make sure to plan your return with plenty of time to spare.
Unforeseen circumstances
Campers are special vehicles, and they may not be rentable on the scheduled date of rental.
In that case, we will refund you the full amount stipulated in the contract. However, we do not assume liability for cancellation fees for any other damages (such as campground and hotel reservations) or penalty fees.
